Who lives in a house like this?

by sixpence @ Tuesday, 06. May, 2008 - 15:40:53

As previously mentioned, it was our 2 years anniversary yesterday, so PS and I took advantage of my parents (who happened to be staying for the weekend) and their willingness to babysit and took ourselves off out for a very nice Thai meal and a few beverages.

However, I can find no rational explanation for the fact that today, the top drawer of the abandoned filing cabinet in our garage contains a bottle of Baileys (half-drunk) and two used glasses, a pair of sparkly ladies' shoes (size 3), a candle (half-burned) and a box of matches.

Nor for the dent in the lid of the chest freezer.

Very, very odd.

Lid of the freezer, eh? We want diagrams ... drawings even, use stick figures if you must.

Oh yeah, try hypnotic regression or summink. Because WE all know exactly how all that got there.

;)

You disgust me. You're parents, for God's sake, and everyone knows that parents don't do that thing.

Memo to self: Put "proper spirits" on shopping list.
For most of today I felt like I was having a heart attack.

Was the dent on the inside or the ouside of the freezer lid?

Not telling.

(What is the standard treatment for frostbitten buttocks, anyway??)

If the dent is on the inside of the freezer lid then I can only hope the sausages were well wrapped.
