I suspect she'll grow out of it, in about ten years though. You can just keep on doing what you're doing, which is being nice to her and not rising to her provocation.
Turning the other cheek is one way to deal with it. If she sees that her behaviour gets a reaction from you then she'll repeat it.

You need to take the little brat to one side and say exactly word for word what you just posted. She needs to understand that you won't put up with rudeness.. it's just not on. And I suggest you swear coz that will shock her!!
